At 5' 2" I wouldn't categorize myself mighty-in-size, but mighty in strength, let's talk about it.
Fierce and fueled, yes.
Most days, unstoppable! And I say most days because I'm human! But I never allow myself the disability of feeling weak or victimized, even if I stand a mere five-two.
I am a woman who believes.
I believe in myself. I believe in self-empowerment. I believe in learning and self-teaching. I believe in the power that all things are possible with those who try, who work, who give, who do.
As a woman, if you really want to feel powerful and successful, close your mouth and put your best foot forward; EDUCATE YOURSELF.
It's not the size that holds you back, it's your lack of knowledge.
Proverbs 18:15 tells us "An intelligent heart [acquires] knowledge, and the ear of the wise [seeks] knowledge."
To acquire something means you have to seek it first. And seeking equates to doing. [You] have to do it!
If you're the smartest person in the room, you're in the wrong room. Focus on getting better, not bitter. Stay away from uninspired, ungrateful, unexcited people. Everyone you fight is not your enemy. Everyone that helps you is not your friend. A mistake repeated more than once is a choice. Knowledge gives you power; character gains respect. Suit up, dress up, your personality isn't the first thing people see. Your battle isn't about being ready, it's convincing your mind that you are. Learn how to be comfortable, being uncomfortable. Stop telling people more than they need to know. Age doesn't define maturity. Grades don't define intellect. Rumors don't define you. A boastful mouth brings nothing, but a quiet mind reaps its rewards. Don't take everything personal, it's not always about you. Learn to say No and mean it! Raise your standards up and people will meet you there.
...and through the fire, give all the glory to God. (Psalm 69:30)
