The law of attraction isn't about wishful thinking—where you get what you want, simply because you wished for it. It's about using the power of your thoughts to manifest your dreams, your passions, your desires. The human mind is very powerful and it isn't until you realize this, that you understand: beliefs become thoughts, thoughts become words, words become actions, and actions become reality.

What the mind can conceive, it can achieve. And one way [I] achieve the law of attraction is through journaling.

Currently I own 7 journals:

  1. MORNING WRITINGS: In this journal, I don't think about my words. Each morning I take a pen to paper and I go with my thoughts. Words are thoughts and thoughts are powerful. And when I start my day with good thoughts, my mood shifts positively.

  2. EVERYDAY NOTES: This is the journal I carry with me in my handbag. If I need to remember things to-do, or I see a recipe I like, or thoughts of something that I need to jot down, whatever crosses my mind throughout the day, if it's important to me, I write it in this journal.

  3. LEARNING JOURNEY: This journal holds quotes, inspiration and other valuable information. It's about mentors and people who inspire [me]. Every single day someone teaches me something, whether it's somebody I know personally or a stranger I've never met, I learn something new each day.

  4. VISUALIZE THIS: This is the journal where I write about things I see for myself. I'm extremely detailed and precise to the point about what I ask God to give me in life. From health, career and love, to finances, success and friendships, etc... I write it all down.

  5. TRAVEL DIARIES: In this journal I keep all of my memoirs from places I travel. This book holds my memories of my journey’s. I also attach souvenir's from my travels such as ticket stubs, photo's, etc. inside this journal.

  6. DOODLES & SKETCHES: This is the journal where I become a kid. I draw. I doodle. I sketch, I color. FOR ME, it's a way to relax my soul, rejuvenate my mind and breathe for a minute. I turn on my Spotify [meditation] playlist and I get creative.

  7. *THE MEN: This is the journal, that holds all of my thoughts, about every man I have ever dated, talked to, or befriended—that has in some way, shape or form, made an impact in my life. Good or Bad, *if you have crossed my path, you are in this book.

I absolutely love putting pen to paper and I document most everything that happens in my life. There's something surreal about physical handwriting that you cannot get from an iPad, cell phone, laptop or any other electronic device.

I have been journaling for over 20 years, it comes easy for me. You don't have to do multiple journals. Start off small, maybe one journal and a beautiful pen. Don't ask me why I say a beautiful pen, I couldn't tell you why.

For a woman, it's like wearing a beautiful bra. No one see's it, no one cares, and no one knows, but you know it's beautiful and somehow it makes you feel good when you wear it.

Manifest your thoughts by putting them into words. Whether it's about your career, your health, your love life. Success, finances, friendships, family, necessities in life, whatever it is.

DON'T BE VAGUE! Be as detailed and precise as possible. Then sit back and watch what God will do in your life. Some people call it "the universe" and that's ok, call it whatever you like, because, at the end of the day, God Is The Universe!
