It's 10:30am and I just arrived home from my morning hot spot; the gym. I'm sweaty and tired and thirsty and quite honestly, I look horrible, with that said, my workout was amazing. Not because I do anything special—no personal trainers or fancy gyms—but because I actually got off the sofa and did something. Some days it takes a good 10 minutes to get me going but once I'm sweating and pumped, I just go! AND I GO HARD!
As I sit here, looking at my sweaty clothes, I'm feeling so
accomplished. I really have come full circle from the woman I used to be; and the woman I will never be again: overweight, miserable & unhappy.
For me, there's no better gratification than doing something for my body. I'm no different than anyone else—and although some may say they enjoy it—I personally hate to exercise, but I do it anyway.
I have a lot to live for and that in itself is my motivation.
