WHAT'S YOUR MOTIVATION?

It's 10:30am and I just arrived home from my morning hot spot; the gym. I'm sweaty and tired and thirsty and quite honestly, I look like crap—with that said, my workout was amazing. Not because I do anything special—no personal trainers or fancy gyms—I just go. Some days it takes a good 10 minutes to get me going but once I'm sweating and pumped, I just go!

AND I GO HARD!

As I sit here, looking at my sweaty clothes, I'm feeling so accomplished. I really have come full circle from the woman I used to be; and the woman I will never be again: overweight, miserable & unhappy

For me, there's no better gratification than doing something for my body. I'm no different than anyone else—and although some may say they enjoy it—I personally hate to exercise, but I do it anyway.

I HAVE A LOT TO LIVE FOR AND THAT IN ITSELF IS MY MOTIVATION.
